i used to use http://gotrusted.com/ more of a tunneling service than a proxy but its encrypted as well so it will keep people from checking your non SSL/TLS traffic.

configure your browser with the following prox in options or internet settings:
SOCKS5
76.109.46.182:3235
It's too slow for streaming video but it will get you out.
