I assume you are split the team between
before and after mid 90's if so, team 2 need
to add T-Mac and Jason kidd (maybe V. Carter)
It would be a close game as both team are very well
balanced. but I think team 1 would win if they are in a
7 game series. each game can go either way. advantage
would go to team 1 cus they have some of the toughest player
of all time.
also, when the game is close I don't trust free throw from
Shaq/D. Howard.

This is a total mismatch. Team 1 has the two best point guards of all time, the best shooting guard of all time, the best small forward to all time, the best power forward of all time, and the three best centers of all time. This would not be close.
