How to make a HOMEMADE sports drink?

A sport drink I can do at home out of natural or organic stuff... But when I would mix up all the ingredients it shouldn't be more that 1 liter!!!

    1.

    200ml of regular squash (limedade in USA?)

    800ml water

    pinch of salt

    2.

    500ml unsweetend fruit jiuce

    500ml water

    3.

    50-70g sugar

    1 litre warm water

    200ml sugar free squash

    pinch of salt

    With all three options mix well and chill.

    brew a pot of coffee.

    Pour into a cup

    add sugar.

    drink it while eating a banana

    you now have caffeine, sugar and potassium
