No, no it doesn't. It's a Federal program not State. I understand you aren't talking about Area Codes, but clearly, you've confused the two.

Call the main phone number of SS and ask them or find the local number of any Social Security office or go in person and ask. I am not aware that the number has anything to do with the state where you live.
