Whoever the new owner is will have to decide if he wants to continue as a Sec 8 landlord but your lease still is valid until it expires.

How would we know? The current lease will be honored probably. The new owner will decide what happens as to if they will keep it Section 8 or not.

If the unit is sold you may get evicted. But before that happened you would have to be served paper work. You will also need to know who to pay your rent to because paying your rent to the wrong person could be the same as your not paying the rent at all? Mostly it depends on who inherits the property and if they want to rent or just sell it?

You do NOTHING. A new owner will come into the picture and that person can elect to accept Section tenants or not. Just wait and see what happens.

Not too much. Rent will go to the estate. You can not be asked to move until the lease expires.
