Chances of getting into UW-Milwaukee?
I have a 3.0 unweighted GPA and I got a 24 on the ACT's. I've been in band, choir and drama club for all four years, French club and AFS for two years, and I joined forensics this year. I lettered in band sophomore year, and academics and choir last year as a junior. I took AP US History last year (didn't take the exam), and AP English and AP Psychology this year (planning on taking the exam in those classes). I also did some community service hours the summer going into sophomore year. Do I have a good chance of getting into UW-Milwaukee.

Based on your numbers and activities, you have a very, very good chance of being offered admission to UW-Milwaukee. I was admitted with a similar GPA and ACT score, and I also lettered in band. To maximize your chances of being accepted, apply as soon as possible. Good luck with the application process and with your pursuit of higher education.
