sexual harassment in the work place?

can you get in trouble with the law for telling someone the only way they could get their job back, would be to sleep with you?

    thats a number of things

    bribery

    sexual harassment

    it may even be a form of blackmail

    which all are illegal and should be reported

    Yes, this is a classic case of sexual harassment. Contact the human resources department of the company in question and report what happened. If you don't receive any satisfactory results, then go to the police and file a complaint.

    It brings into question whether the reason you no longer have your job is because they wanted you in that position so they could Propositions you

    however seek legal advice just to make sure but by rights they should get in trouble

    yes if it is a bribe which it sounds like then yes it is sexual harassment ! if its you who is harassing someone or someone who is harassing you dont do it , just keep your respect be loyal ! please but if your the one being bribed dont do it , be the better person ! talk to the police if your being harrased
