Probs doing search with att and samsung phone recently?

has anyone else had probs with att and samsung phones in trying to do a google search? this started a day after wikepedia blackout and google protest. its not just search. all pics on websites are wiped out too. this is for real, and is being investigated by engineers from att as it is affecting a number of people.
