Samsung Galaxy Ace, I am having problems?

When opening up the Samsung Kies program for the phone to look at my photos, some are not showing up, how do I get the others to show up, to transfer to my laptop,

Also where do I go on my phone to see and change photos to my sim card and not phone, to see if the photos show up.
