iPod won't sync? (Unknown Error 13019)?

Hey, so my iPod (which I think is a 3rd generation iPod touch if that makes any difference) won't sync with my iTunes and keeps coming up with an error saying 'The iPod cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13019).'

How can I fix this? I want to be able to play my music through my computer without that error box coming up, and I can't restore it or properly sync it or anything because a lot of the music on it isn't from my iTunes (it's from my brother's who doesn't live here anymore), so I'd end up losing a lot of my favourite music.

So is there any way I can sort it out without having to wipe the iPod? Thanks in advance! x

    Hi There.

I have the answer for this one, but I've typed it out so many times it's lost all meaning, so forgive me.

Instead, here's the link to how Apple "officially" explains this error.

    Hope this helps!

you may have to much set for your ipod to sync, once you have pluged yopur ipod in go to its settings of what it is to sync, ex.movives, music, apps, etc. set it to sync less things , only certain music, less videos, less apps.then tell it to apply
