I am very scared of throwing up?
so the stomach flu is going around my scul and i am soooo scared im gonna get it. i am also very afraid of somebody around me throwing up. im rly freaked out rite now that im gonna get it. i hate the feeling tgat u get rite b4 u throw up..thAts the worst in my opinion. any body have tips to help me get ova it or how not to get it?

Throwing up is just your bodies way of getting rid of a 'poison' so if you throw up your probably on your way to getting better. My brother used to be scared of throwing up and if it happens repeatably then there is a cream you can rub on your wrist to make you not throw up. I wish you luck!
