Can i become 2LT after 4 years of College?

i am a green card holder..

i lived in USA for about 8 years

High School GPA: 4.24

College: UCB

i am thinking of joining ROTC, but i read that i have to be citizen of US to be 2LT after 4 years of college.

so my question is, how should i work this out? After i graduate 4 years later doing ROTC, can i still become 2LT ?

    You must be a citizen to serve as a commissioned officer in the armed forces. Sorry, but it looks like enlistment is the way forward for you now, unless you get your passport.
