I have an iPhone 4S with horrible battery thats affecting my daily tasks. What are my options for a refund?

I want to know how do I go about getting a replacement or refund, as I do not have the time to wait for this miraculous "FIX" the Apple stores tell me is coming - the first of which did nothing for my battery life. I use the calendar function and assorted apps heavily for business use, rarely use the browser, and have locations services off and brightness low. I've also reset settings and restored the phone - once with backup, the second time I set it up as a new iPhone, as well as calibrated the battery. - 10 pts

Please if you are an "Apple fanboy" or not experiencing these problems DO NOT REPLY. I - like many others - have a legitimate problem with the phone.

double tap the home button and close the apps after you are done using them because if you don't they keep running in the background draining the battery even when you aren't using them, that might be your problem there.

Try making sure your apps are closed after using. Apps running in the background can cause a drain. Start checking if certain apps are battery draining and delete them. If not check your warranty for options.

If you have insurance you can Refund it. But if you have a lot of apps and music that will cost your battery life to drain
