Play games, watch videos, create a website with webnode and webs for free, answer and ask questions on yahoo answers, join ask.fm where u answer the questions u receive, pop studio which is great, create wiki articles to share anything you have with the world like fun things to do when bored, how to have shiny hair and so much more. The first answer is spam by the way. Do not do that! u will only end up regretting. Answer my questions please!

Gaiaonline has a bunch of stuff to do for free. Basically any free community-type website will provide you with forums and such where you can just pass the time chatting with people.

I would suggest going to stumbleupon.com. It is a site that takes you to websites based off your interests. It is a great way to kill time. Also try going to addictinggames.com if you are interested in games. But I would really recommend going outside.
