My dog keeps messing in the house..?

I have a 6 year old Lhasa Apso who keeps messing in the house, mostly urinating. Sometimes she will do it right in from of me as if it is a normal thing to do. I also have another dog about the same age who likes to play monkey see monkey do. I let them both out several times throughout the day but she will come in and the next thing i know there is a mess in the house. It doesnt matter how much I let her out she prefers my floors and its not always the same spot either. So I tell her no and put her back outside. I dont know what else to do. Ive taken her to the vet regularily and she doesnt have any medical issues, so i dont know what this is. Before I got her she belonged to someone who had crated her and when she was let out she was 100x's worse. Ive had her for about 3 years and she has gotten alot better but she continues to do it.

Can anyone help me with this problem?!

I dont crate her because her previous owner would leave her in it for days at a time and i dont like using them.

i was watching this programme about dogs doing there business in the house and you have to start from scratch again just like when they was a puppy and you have to take them out atleast 6 times a day and slowly cut it down

Just letting your dog out is a waste of time. You must TAKE her out and stay out with her until she pees or poos, you must then go overboard with praise.

Your dog does not know why she is being LET out, she does not know that you expect her to eliminate. She must be taken out just before you go to bed and she must be TAKEN out when she wakes up in the morning. She must also be TAKEN out after a meal and after a nap. Every time that she pees or poos outside, you must go overboard with praise. You should also do the following.

After a dog has urinated or defecated in the house, obviously you will clean this up. Perhaps you think that you have got rid of the smell and your friends will possibly confirm this, however your dog will still be aware of a smell. Your dog thinks that your house is a lavatory/toilet; dogs have a much greater sense of smell than we have.

There is a washing machine powder called Ariel get the BIOLOGICAL version Or get some special cleaning solution from the pet shop and clean your floor with this. When you are sure that you have cleaned every part of the floor that your dog has pooed or peed on do the following.

If your dog urinates on the floors or carpets that you have cleaned, you have not cleaned them enough and you will need to do them again. NEVER EVER USE PINE DISINFECTANT OR BLEACH BECAUSE THIS ENCOURAGES A DOG TO URINATE,

    leash and supervise

    crate when you can't

talk to trainer, read books and work at it

learn to enjoy cleaning if you can't crate.

Well, you seem to have done everything. The only thing that you can do is gate up the doorways.
