Ummm I have a question... why don't u wait till summer & go to the beach or move to california or something where you don't even have to ask, all the girls wear bikinis and short shorts...
And it all depends, I mean if I was your girlfirend then I wouldn't mind showing off some leg for my boyfriend... (if u ask me nicely)
BUT if its a random girl, then they might think its a little creepy! so be careful with your wording, I mean it all depends how close she is to you.
if she is a friend of yours then she might not mind either
