It should be the guy, unfortunately. It's always cool though when a girl drops hints of - Hi, I'm here. By the way, we as guys need to get better at picking up hints. Funniest moment was when a girl was melting any time I looked her way and talked to her and I was like, “Is she finding me attractive right now?”

well its more common for guys to approach girls but , confident girls can approach guys & it not be weird :)
