Accommodation around/in Hoi An?

G'day all

Looking for a quiet, serene place either on the outskirts of or in, Hoi An. I'm trying to find somewhere quiet, but near enough for town to either be a short bike or not too far walk. It's a single room I'm after, happy to pay up to $30 or a bit more.

I've been amazed at the help I've received from people here in the past - I'm trying to write up some uni work, and would be grateful for any suggestions.

    We stayed at Thanh Van 2 for under $30 including breakfast. It's just out of the centre of town and is quiet at night. We walked into town everyday there but they also have a free regular shuttle to their sister hotel in town and I seem to remember signs in the lobby that said you could borrow bikes for free.
