    If I didn't know, I would have said Anglo-Irish.

    But actually, it's a hybrid accent; Dover are a Spanish rock band from near Madrid. Cristina Llanos is singing in an accent that could be light American or Canadian, or Anglicized American, or the kind of pseudo-American affected by English pop singers.
