Is this video card compatible?
I have an HP Model # 5Q561AA#A3A
The graphics card is currently a NVDIA GeForce 9600 GS
The one I want is:
GIGABYTE GV-N210SL-1GI GeForce 210 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card
Thanks Ben, but my video card is overheating at 125C and why I am replacing it. Would this card be better than the other one? Sparkle nVidia Geforce 9600GT 1GB PCI Express Video Card w/ Dual DVI, SLI Ready

Yes, but you don't want to get it.
The thing about video cards is that is a huge variance within each generation. So huge in fact that a mid-range card from an older generation (such as the 9600 GS) is much better than a low-end card that's several generations newer.
