When am i supposed to receive the income tax form?
I called my hr department and they said they mailed em out on the 21st , now i still havent received the form, do you think i should contact them again or is it normal to take this long?

If you're talking about your W-2's, then you should receive them shortly if the employer sent them out as stated. Your employer doesn't send you the income tax forms, only the information needed to complete the forms. You can get your Federal and State Income Tax forms at your local Post Office or file online.
