You could do a glw in the dark karaoke or just glow in the dark theme. I know someone that had a glow in the dark theme. You could have light up gloves, shades or glowsticks. Have your friends come in a shirt they can get dirty and buy glow in he dark spray paint and spray their shirts. Then buy El Wire and use it to write Happy Birthday _____.
