Talking about breakdowns found in the "-core" subgenres of metal.
I personally love both...I love slower ones found in deathcore but equally love faster ones more commonly found in metalcore.

Depends, mainly fast but I also like slower, depending on my mood. I'm a big fan of Grindcore so that may effect my preferences,

I do love both, but if I had to choose one that I prefer, probably faster.
It's also awesome where it starts slower, and gradually speeds up.
