What size wheels can i fit on my e46 330xi, non zhp?

im looking to buy new rims. the car is stock height, and currently has 17" stock alloys. there seems to be at least 3 inches of fender gap, but im not sure what size exactly i should be looking at. will 19"s be too big? also, with larger than stock rims will i need thin tires or do i use normal?

2003 330xi, no sport package, no run flat option.

    It will fit.

You will need something like p235/35-19. Talk to the person that you will be buy the wheels and tires from.

    1. Changing wheel sizes will not change this "fender gap" that seems to be offending you so much because when you use larger wheels you need to change to a tire size that maintains approximately the same overall diameter so you don't completely **** up your AWD system, ABS and traction control systems, gearing and speedometer/odometer.

If you want to get rid of this gap you need to lower the suspension by installing lower, firmer springs than came on the ar. This will of course ruin the ride and resale value, but at least you won't have that fender gap.

    2. Don't use "?" as a screen name. Only trolls use ?

According to the fitment guide, you can fit up 19" alloys with a bit of modification.

However if you do not want to do any mod, i would suggest 18"alloys with lower profile tyres.

See the specifications below for correct alloy and tyre sizes for a 03 BMW xi:

    8JX18" Wheels and 225/40R18(front) and 245/35R18(rear)

    8X19" wheels(front) and 225/35R19(front) / 8.5Jx19" wheels (rear) and 225/35R19 or 235/35R19 tyres

    Hope this helps,

Why are you selling the wheels off of your M3? The wheels on that car are perfect. Don't mess with perfection.
