    [ (3-1/x)'(3+x) - (3+x)'(3-1/x) ]/ (3+x)^2

    = [ 1/x^2(3 + x) - (3 - 1/x) ] / (3 + x)^2

    = [ (3 + x)/x^2 - 3 + 1/x ]/(3 + x)^2

    = [(3 + x) - 3x^2 + x]/x^2}/(3 + x)^2

    = (-3x^2 + 2x + 3)/[x(3+x)]^2
