There is a really annoying person who I work with how can i tell him?
As I have explained above there is a really annoying person I work with that has to be better than everyone else and is just overall annoying! Also I don't fancy him so please nobody say that!!
So what can i do about this someone help please because I'm going to do something I regret in a minute!!!

I have worked with people who are like that, but it would help to know what kind of work you do. I have let them believe they are as smart as they think they are by suggesting they make the decisions and do the extra work or head projects. and if something comes up I didn't want to do, I would tell the person that "so n so' is the smart one and he could do it so much better, soon he doesn't want to be so vocal about how smart he is cause it means more work and responsibility
