    love it,

    but it was a lot better before the bark beetle infestation starting killing all the pines

    in the northern part of the state

    Reddish brown trees on this Colorado hillside already have died from the bark beetle infestation. Current estimates put total bark beetle loss in Colorado at 3.5 million acres since 1996.
