Yes, they will come in and install a Little box some were so that you can get the virgin tv and if you want virgin internet, 1 box for both things.
The adds that say free virgin tv with a phone line only say that if you get a phone line they will give u tv services for free. Not that you need a phone line for virgin tv

Yes you can go on their website (you'll get pestered by their im chat sales person so ask them) but they are both pretty much the same.
