I have a honda 150f and want a rev box. Which brand will give me the most power increase?

A rev limiter does not give you more power; it limits the revs an engine can reach and that is all it does. Unless the motor revs to the point of valve bounce on a 4-stroke or in the case of a 2-stroke reaches 'self destruct' revs like a con rod breaking or a piston flies apart at a known engine rpm then a rev limiter will do nothing for you.
If you want more power you are not on the right track.....
