Question about Jewish food spelling?
I used to know a Jewish guy that would come to our house and take care of us kids, and would cook us something pronounce Pet Uh Heh. It is pan browned dough with soft cheese in the middle, and served with syrup. Cannot find the correct spelling though. Can someone help?

That sounds exactly like a cheese blintz (plural blintzes).
