sex should not be the most important thing but you can always surprise him on a off day from work when he gets home from school. enjoy the nights you have together, but don't think of sex as the only expression of love. even something as simple as making him breakfast in the morning before he leaves for school is always a nice gesture.

Try to find time on his off days, and discuss whether or not he would be adverse to you waking him up early in a special way, every now and then for a little "play" time.
