I think I actually have an answer. I have a zillion questions but seldom have an answer.

"When does the body cease being a prison and begin being the expression of Kundalini Shakti?"

When one releases the fear that is preventing a choice. The choice is our birthright. We have been deprived of our choices in life by our conditioning which has begun at the moment of our birth. Our choices have been made for us and the stone it has been set in is the fear that we have been taught to believe or accept.

A child is conditioned to avoid fear, fear the unknown, by accepting what is taught, in fact "drilled" into our images of ourselves. We are taught and repeatedly conditioned how we are to experience life, the farce of it all, and to experience only what has been laid forth by others. The avoidance that is taught, the conditioning, has served the purpose of limiting, even removing, our choices. Deprived of our choices, we have lost our freedom, ...yet it is our birthright to be free to make choices.

The body becomes free when the body, mind and spirit merge. When this occurs, we give ourselves the awareness and, thus, the ability to release ourselves and fully become free universally in both our oneness and connection to the true nature that surrounds us.

The Body CAN be a prison and often is a prison. Body, mind and spirit are all connected. This is the mystery. There should be no doubts that a persons body cannot also be a person's prison.

As long as we are slaves of our desires, our conditioning, the body, is but a prison. But the moment, we become "aware", aware of who or what we really are, the same body, the great vehicle of soul. becomes the expression of Kundalini Shakti.

To say it poetically, the day the Krishna in us, take the rein of our body and its action, the Krishna becomes our "Sarathi" the expression of Kundalini Shakti takes place..... :)

As I read the other day ''Take care of your body before your soul wants to get away from it.'' This my son is pure wisdom.
