What should I do with she?

5 years ago I met a girl at the college, then she kinda start to like me, then a friends of hers tell her that I was in love with her and suddenly she stop talking to me. After a month she talk to me again so I invited her to a party and she agreed, when we arrive to the party place she just told me “see you around” and she went with a friends, after like 3 hours I run into her and she was kissing with a guy apparently her exboyfriend; after a week I told her that I was mad and she sorry to me so we keep being friends. For her birthday I give her earrings and she told me that I was very special.At the college we are together in some subjects, so sometimes we studied together, and one day we were studying but she had to left but she will come back later, so when she left she text me “don’t miss me my love” and when she came back everything was normal. Everybody knows that she likes me and I think she knows that I like her but we never become anything but friends; the last November I invited her to the bowls and she agreed and we really have a good time, then become vacations and she don’t even call me or text me in the 2 months of vacations. This year when we returned to the college I don’t have talk to her because I’m mad for not calling me. The point is that I never told her that she likes me because I’m afraid that she can be like the beginning, she can get away, but know I want to tell her that I’m getting away from hers so she stops liking me and confess her that I love she since forever! What do you think I should do? And if someone reads all this and give an answer I will be very thankful! Thank you!!!
