make a positive impact in someone's life whether it's smiling or helping them to gain something. you'll feel proud, connected to people, and feel like you've made a difference. it will help move your life forward, and trust me, at this point you're learning something incredible-just realise that. just use any small skill to make a positive change, it'll save you from feeling bad about yourself whilst you're distant. help people on yahoo answers. help your friends. keep the positive mood flowing.

See a doctor to find out if there could be any physical causes for your depression. (Hormonal imbalance, change in diet, taking drugs or a new or different medication, etc). Was there an incident in particular that triggered this, or is it a gradual process? That might help in the diagnosis. But tell your doctor about how you're feeling and see what he/she says...Otherwise, try to focus on the things you like/love (or used to) such as music, beauty in nature, pets, etc, and realize nothing's really changed there and you're the same person that can experience that kind of joy, however briefly. It's still in you. And try to accept the fact that life is hardly perfect and you will unfortunately have to endure the depressing, unfair things as well as the wonder of it all... But get on it, if it's insidious depression, it can get worse over time. But it could also be temporary....I hope this helps somehow, and hope you feel better!

do the things you enjoy you couldn't hate everything ,just make yourself a goal .like lose 10 pounds jog a mile save money for something .or do some yard work .

Start by finding something to like so that you can stop dwelling on the negatives. If necessary, choose to like something that you didn't like before.
