Why is Manny Paquiao scared of Floyd? Why is He ducking Him?

Manny Pacquiao is not scared of Floyd Mayweather ,Bob Arum is scared FOR Pacquiao ,because he don't want to risk his prize fighter for a fighter that is not in the Top Rank circle.

In my opinion ,it will show how easy Floyd Mayweather is to work with ,and for Cotto and Mayweather to reach negotiations so easily when Miguel Cotto is not with him anymore makes Bob Arum look bad.

Manny fights whoever Arum sets him up to fight. He hasn't ducked anyone, yet.

Its Mayweather's camp who is making demands that are unreasonable.

Manny does not need Mayweather as much as Mayweather needs Manny.

Manny does not have to duck anyone; Bob Arum does a great job of handling that part himself.

Pacquiao seems to be a coward. But honestly why is Mayweather fighting Pacquaio's leftover?
