I didn't actually follow the negotiations, because I was more interested in seeing Pacquiao against someone he hasn't fought before. But I assume you mean that either Pacquiao is asking for the fight at 147 or 150. In which case I think its completely understandable for Pacquiao who never even weighed 147 on a weigh in.

yes he did, pacman is not as good as people claim he is, hes just being protected by media and promoters. Every fighter he fights is either drained,old, or just simply not that good

I thought Pacquiao had stated he would not fight above 147lbs ever again. If someone heavier wanted to fight him to get a payday they would need to drop weight,if they dont want the payday they didnt need to fight him,its up to them if they want it.
