Constant nausea during the morning, what's wrong with me?

For three weeks, I wake up as usual like around 7 for school, then thirty minutes later I get nausea and loss of apetite so I don't eat breakfast (this only hapends in the weekdays). I'm not pregnant since I just started my period on monday. Today it got worst, I've been nauseous since the morning, it comes and goes, so what can I do?

There are so many things that it could be, that it's really hard to guess. One thing that really worked for me is having a banana and eating blueberries - not a lot of course - but this is known to make people feel better.

Also, look for any obvious food problems - wheat and dairy are the two biggest culprits. You could be just starting to be lactose intolerant and not know it yet. And you might need to go to a gluten free diet.
