Some pretty fun ones are Fluidity and World of Goo for Wii Ware. They both have demos available.
If you are more towards the Virtual Console games, try Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (often thought of as the best game ever made) and Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. Also Paper Mario and Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars are pretty fun.
