Is it necessary to replace 4 fillings with crowns eventually?

I see no reason, from what you stated, why those teeth would need crowns. If the teeth have or develop a great deal of decay (for instance they had a little decay at the time of the fillings but have continued to decay), and/or undergo a root canal at some point, then I could see a crown being necessary. There could be other reasons for a crown but the presence of 2 Small fillings with no new decay should not necessitate a crown, as far as I am aware.
