Hairless Guiena pigs?

Do hairless Guinea pigs make good pets? Are they affectionate? Do they bite? Do they stink? Any other info appreciated! Thanks.

They are just like any other guinea pig. A guinea pig's personality is based on hair type.

Source(s): Btw a "hairless guinea pig" is called a skinny pig

i dont personally have one, but my firiends have them. they are the same as other piggies. dont bite, dont smell if cleaned out. but they do need to be kept indoors, they are prone to skin problems (dry/cracked skin etc) and they do need a friend as normal; piggies do. a normal piggy can be friends with a skinny pig.

i also beleive although not sure that they dont tend to live as long as normal piggies.
