Can I put this graphics card in my desktop?
I have a HP Elite 510y
This one: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docnam...
I have a graphics card Radeon HD 6570 and I want to upgrade to an XFX Radeon HD 6870 I also noticed I need to upgrade my power supply from 300 watts to preferably 600 watts so I was planning on getting this one:

Will these be compatible with my desktop or should I find something else? Or what other changes should I do?
Thank you for the help.
So is there no way I can upgrade the graphics card to a Radeon HD 6870?

yes it will work, it may be a 2.1 card but pci express is backwards compatible, if you only have x16 1.0 then it will run the card at a lower frequency that's all, trust me i have a 6850 2.1 card on a 1.1 board, runs fine, the difference is hardly noticeable to the naked eye,
im running mine on a CIT 750w gold 12cm fan psu and it runs my phenom x4 955be overclocked to 3.9 ghz no problems, psu was only £20.00 on amazon
if you can afford it get the 6950 2gb version, ati have a switch with turns it into the 6970, out of my price range at the time though,

No the graphics card won't work... The XFX Radeon HD 6870 is a PCI-E 2.1 x16 card, the board only has PCI-E x16 or lower ports on it.
