can anyone help with these iTunes issues?

Question

so... i have just got a new laptop and want to add a new iTunes.
however i already have a iPod and itunes on my old laptop..

so when i download a new itunes will it all be okay to add my ipod. like will i lose any songs or anything??

also how old do you have to be to have an itunes account?

You probably want to transfer your songs from the iPod to the new laptop using iTunes on the new laptop, then you can sync the ipod to that computer. (If you try synching before transferring the songs, you might accidently lose the songs - though they should all still be on the old laptop!)
