Gravedigger looked into my eyes?

This was not a dream, but reality. I was at the cemetary to place flowers on my great uncle's grave who died when I was 5. It was fall because I remember all the different color leaves on the ground.

There was a gravedigger and he looked right at my eyes, and kept looking at me. I've heard that's like a bad omen, or bad luck. Any suggestions. Thanks
