I got Arizona 1099-g form for 2011?

i just got this form today for year of 2011 in window number 2 theres a total of $118.00

I havent received unemployment or anything like that.

My state refund for 2011 year was $118.00 which is the same ammount I have on 1099-g form.

What does it mean in my case?Do I owe money than?Or claimed something wrong?

Does it mean I have to claim now this year this 118 dollars as extra money?This is very first time i got such a thing

    It's for your state refund. If you didn't itemize federal last year, ignore it. If you itemized, the $118 is "other income" for this year.
