Why wont my boobs stop growing?
I am almost 30 and my boobs have gone up 3 cup sizes in the past 5 years and I'm almost growing out of this one. I haven't gained any weight and I have been on birth control since I was 12 so I don't think thats the reason for the increase in cup size. Is this something I should be worried about? This is getting a little out of control
I am 5'9 and weigh 140 I work out 6 days a week. Any other ideas why this is happening?

Hi! You may be experiencing an increase in hormones, it is normal to experience this at ages 30-35 and younger due to hormones balancing themselves out. Also the hormones that are in certain foods that contain dairy and protein such as meat, eggs, and milk, play a key role. So watch your intake on those.
Overall , I think that's normal. If you have any extra problems visit your health care provider, and hope I helped. :)
