Tea bag for wisdom tooth extraction? Should it be dry, cold wet, or warm wet after boiling?

I heard tea helps stop bleeding from wisdom teeth extraction? Also, should the bag be dry, wet-cold, or wet-warm from boiling water?

Soak it thoroughly in room temperature or slightly cool water, just squeeze out the excess water for a second, and place it over the extraction site. Place a clean gauze over the teabag, and close firmly on the two together.

The tea contains tannic acid which helps to stop the bleeding.

**Good luck - hope this helps!
