yahoo avatar problem help? 10 points?

Well i got my self in a little pickle here and i tried everything and im just not sure whats wrong here.

The page to edit you avatar isn't loading right

The preview of your avatar docent load and when i click on appearance tab it will show the photos for a second and then they will come up ads a wrong link i guess you call it where it has the small pic of a paper in half. the other tabs work fine but are useless because well i cant see the avatar preview.

Now Ive updated both of my browsers Firefox and internet explorer, updated flash, made sure yahoo was allowed for pop ups, Ive tired this on two different computers with two different internet sources and one was xp the other was 7. I feel as there is a problem on the server side with yahoo. do yall have any problem with editing you avatar? ive tired this 2 days in a roll now. My current avatar is over a year old and i really want to change it.
