Nintendo ds gaming systems?
I am thinking about getting both of my kids a ds for Valentines day but there are so many different kinds! Can someone help to explain the differences so that I can choose the appropriate ones? Or if there is a better system out there...I am a bit ignorant when it comes to gaming...lol

Nintendo DS: the original DS. It can play Gameboy Advance games, but the brigtness of the screen can't be adjusted.
Nintendo DS Lite: Similar to a DS but now the brightness can be adjusted and it has a sleeker design. It can play Gameboy Advance games
Nintendo DSi: Similar to a DS Lite but has a camera and internet access. You can download games onto it and you can also put in a SD card. It cannot play Gameboy Advance games, but some GBA games can be downloaded from the "eShop" which has downloadable games.
Nintendo 3DS: Similar to a Nintendo DSi, but it has 3D features. In addition, the buttons are a little different. It cannot play Gameboy Advance games unless you get them from the eShop. It can play DS games too, but DS systems cannot play 3DS games.
