Has your cellphone ever rang in class before?

When i was in school cellphones hadn't been invented

It is fair. Your school has a policy of no phones allowed on in class. Never mind that yours turned it self on. How many students do you think tell teachers that a day?! It is a common rule that they take the phone and you need a parent to pick it up. They won't lose your phone. They probably have a special box or drawer filled with phones. If it was that important to you, you would have gone after school, not after tennis. What the teacher's phone does, or what other kids have done with their phones isn't your concern. No one even really needs a phone at school at all! What do you think your mom did when she was your age? We all managed without phones at school!

Ya, in 5th grade my cellphone got a text message and i didn't have it on virbriate. The tune was long just like i was getting a phone call. My teacher stoped doing everything and made everybody check their backpacks then she looked through our backpacks to see if it was our cell phone going off. Then my phone stoped ringing it's tune and by that time the teacher got to my backpack and told the whole class it was my phone.. Everybody stared at me.. Weird moment.
