Assuming that this is a legitimate question, skin hydrating creams/gels are just skin lotions. They hydrate your skin. No, it's not used by "aged people" only - people of all ages can use them to help protect the skin so it's soft and smooth and moisturized. I have dry skin, so I would die without them. Even those with oily skin need moisturizing lotions, as otherwise the skin will overproduce oil in an attempt to lubricate the skin itself. There are creams for face, then creams for body, and it's usually not recommended to use the same cream for face and body, as body creams are usually heavier and can clog pores.
